Back in 2021 a group of friends were looking into getting in the food business, brick and stick restaurants, were not an option for us, locals were expensive and have to wait for a long time to get to be known. While the mobile food industry was growing coming out of the pandemic, so that was the way to go. Getting a mobile kitchen was not a easy as we though, so why not building our own. After doing the first mobile kitchen, people started asking if we could build one for them and whoala, we started building one after the other one.
Getting to know the rules codes was challenge, but when you get to do many mobile kitchen, it became a little easier in time.
