Building Process

We will build your concession trailer to order from the ground up customized to your needs.

We start each build with a chassis with a rate weight of 3500 GWRG per axle, build the box frame with a 2" tubing pipe to guarantee the strength and space for conduit, water piping & gas pipes.

We use food grade 304 Stainless steel in all inside walls and aluminum diamond plate for the floor

All the outer walls are on aluminum, your choice of color,.

Includes A/C, Fresh water tank, waste water tank, plenty of shelves and storage space, plenty electrical hook ups. LED lights inside and outside.

Available: CCTV with cameras and monitor, sound music system, outside monitor(s), PA system,

All the cooking equipment is NSF rated and manufacturer warranty 2+ years.

All the cooking area is protected wit a suction canopy and fire suppression system.

Every concession trailer is manufactured with approved blue prints and at the end of the construction process is inspected by the county construction department and the county health department. Once it passes inspection, a seal and a permit is provided so it can start to working immediately.
